The Fastest Way to Show Sponsors You're Listening

As part of Up10's Momentum Series, Amy Michalski shares how she's using AI to streamline sponsorship sales workflows while creating a more personalized experience for sponsors and partners.

Every week, I'm on calls with sponsors. They tell me their marketing objectives, who they're trying to reach, and what matters most to them.

Then the call ends, and I'm back to my inbox.

Here's what I used to do: take notes, spend hours pulling together proposals, send something generic three days later. By then, interest had cooled.

Here's what I do now: send a customized proposal within minutes. One that speaks to what they told me.

The difference? They see that I listened. They see options built for them. And they can make a decision right away instead of waiting for follow-up.

The Real Win

When a sponsor gets a proposal that's clearly built for their specific objectives, not a template with blanks filled in, they feel heard. They see you understand their business.

I'm managing over a million dollars in sponsorships with a five-person team. I don't have time for manual, generic follow-up. But because I've streamlined how I work, I can make every proposal feel personal and strategic.

That's where partnerships are built. That's where revenue happens.

Less Admin. More Momentum.
