Advancing Growth & Partnerships for Associations

Association growth doesn’t happen by accident.

As membership trends shift and non-dues revenue carries more weight, association leaders are being asked bigger questions about sustainability, predictability, and long-term strategy.

The Momentum Series is a quarterly forum designed for association leaders who are serious about building intentional momentum through smarter partnerships.

Less Admin. More Momentum.

Managing sponsorships and partnerships often means juggling discovery calls, proposal writing, follow-up emails, reporting, and everything in between.

In this session, we’ll explore practical ways association professionals can use AI to streamline their business development workflows — without losing the personal side of relationship building.

You’ll see real examples of how tools like Claude can help:

  • Turn meeting transcriptions into actionable follow-up

  • Draft personalized sponsor proposals in minutes instead of hours

  • Simplify post-event communication across multiple sponsors

  • Create more consistency and efficiency in day-to-day workflows

This session is designed for professionals who wear multiple hats and need practical, immediately usable solutions that save time and support stronger partnerships.
