Classroom Connections Platform – Scalable Pipeline & Membership Engagement

Originally developed for the Virginia Society of CPAs, the Classroom Connections Platform is now used by the Arizona Society of CPAs and the Kansas Society of CPAs, with the ability to support any mission-driven or membership-based organization.
The Challenge
Associations needed a centralized, easy-to-use way to connect professionals with classrooms without the heavy administrative lift. Teachers wanted a simple request process, volunteers needed clarity and coordination tools, and associations required better tracking, reporting, and scalability.
Our Approach
Up10 led strategy, structure, and platform development (executed through Echodea), partnering with Krobe Interactive to deliver a modern, intuitive system:
Architected and built the platform framework for seamless use by teachers, volunteers, and association staff
Created a scalable submission and matching system for classroom opportunities and volunteer coordination
Integrated resource libraries, presentation materials, and preparation tools
Added tracking, reporting, and feedback features to measure engagement and outcomes
Supported onboarding, customization, and expansion for additional state societies
