Women’s Group Launch

The Arizona Society of CPAs (ASCPA) connects and supports accounting professionals statewide through education, community, and advocacy.

The Challenge

ASCPA wanted to create a new Women’s Group that would empower members and foster community within the finance industry. They needed a compelling identity, message, and marketing strategy to make the launch stand out and drive engagement.

Our Approach

Up10 partnered with ASCPA to bring the Women’s Group to life — from concept to launch:

  • Concept Development: Created the group’s name and brand identity to align with ASCPA’s mission and values.

  • Messaging & Positioning: Crafted social messaging centered on connection, empowerment, and professional growth — encouraging members to “bring a business bestie.”

  • Creative Design: Designed bold, on-brand visuals for all event materials, including social graphics, email headers, and flyers.

  • Marketing Strategy: Introduced fresh promotional tactics to increase awareness and engagement, setting the stage for a strong debut.

The Impact

The launch event exceeded expectations, drawing 40 women — an impressive turnout for a first-time initiative.
