Mission-Driven Marketing & Member Engagement
Bringing ACPA’s mission to life through purposeful storytelling, design, and strategic outreach.
The American Cleft Palate Craniofacial Association (ACPA) is a national nonprofit that supports patients, families, and the professionals who provide coordinated team care for individuals with cleft and craniofacial conditions. Their work strengthens clinical excellence, advances research, and builds a vibrant, informed member community.
The Challenge
ACPA needed marketing and communications support that could elevate their mission, strengthen member engagement, and expand visibility across social and digital channels. As a small but mighty team balancing many meaningful initiatives, they were looking for a partner who could help them tell their story with more clarity and share the incredible work happening across their community.
Our Approach
Up10 partnered with ACPA to bring more warmth, clarity, and consistency to their communications:
Refined mission-centered messaging to help members, families, and partners understand ACPA’s impact
Designed clean, consistent visuals that strengthened brand presence across programs and campaigns
Provided ongoing content strategy and communications support to help the team share their work with confidence
Led a comprehensive Annual Meeting communications and design strategy, including pre-conference messaging, on-site signage and visuals, a refreshed program guide, an impact report, and a real-time social media approach that showcased the energy of the event
The Impact
Elevated visibility and engagement during ACPA’s Annual Meeting
Strengthened clarity, consistency, and approachability across communications
Helped ACPA extend its reach and share its mission without adding staff capacity
The Result
A warmer, more accessible communications presence that amplifies ACPA’s mission — helping a small team make a big, meaningful impact.
